MINING
Difficulty follows network hashrate smoothly.
ASERT recalculates the proof-of-work target after each block. When blocks arrive faster or slower than the three-minute schedule, difficulty moves gradually toward the level required to restore the target cadence. The two-hour half-life limits abrupt changes while allowing the network to react to sustained hashrate movement.
Native mining
Ruble can be mined directly with SHA-256 ASIC hardware through a compatible Stratum pool. Native mining remains the primary public route.
Merged mining
The protocol supports AuxPoW merged mining so compatible parent-chain work can also secure Ruble. Availability through external pools will be announced after integration testing.
